• Incarcerated women are not charged to be listed on the platform

• Participation is voluntary

• Women Behind Bars does not verify personal statements submitted by incarcerated individuals

• Profile content reflects the words and submissions of the incarcerated individual

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity

• Attempt to bypass membership access controls

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content

• Misrepresent yourself or your intentions

Women Behind Bars reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

6. Correspondence Responsibility

All correspondence occurs directly between users and incarcerated individuals.

Women Behind Bars:

• Does not review correspondence

• Does not mediate communication

• Is not responsible for content, delivery, or outcomes of correspondence

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with institutional mail rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and platform materials are the property of Women Behind Bars and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability
