I was born and raised in southwestern New York before joining the United States Navy after high school. My military service brought me to Virginia, where I spent six years serving my country. During that time, I had opportunities to travel throughout Europe and the Middle East while on deployment, experiences that helped shape my outlook on life and introduced me to different cultures and ways of thinking.
I enjoy both adventure and elegance. One day I can be kayaking on the water or hiking a scenic trail, and the next I can be dressed up for a formal event. I appreciate variety in life and enjoy experiencing new things whenever possible.
I have more than thirty tattoos, each with its own story and meaning. One of my favorites was even done while I was in another country. I enjoy meeting people who have lived interesting lives and who are willing to share their experiences and dreams for the future.
I’m definitely a foodie at heart. I love trying different foods and exploring new flavors, although I have to admit that I enjoy eating much more than cooking. Ironically, I currently work as a cook, which gives me plenty of opportunities to be around food every day.
Most of all, I would love to connect with someone who enjoys great conversation, mutual respect, and genuine friendship. Whether we talk about travel, life experiences, future goals, family, or everyday events, I believe meaningful connections begin with simple conversations.
